Cold and fog aren't going to stop people who want to dance scantily clad in public! And so it was at San Francisco Carnaval 2009, our annual celebration of good food, music, costumes, and revelry. What we lacked in decent weather we made up for in outstanding worldbeat riddims and completely fly floats and costumes.
